Limitless Management

THE LIMITLESS TALENT BILL OF RIGHTS

Professional Representation Should Protect Your Ability to Make Informed Decisions.

Every represented performer deserves clear communication, professional treatment, and the ability to establish and maintain personal boundaries.

The Limitless Talent Bill of Rights describes the standards we expect for bookings coordinated through our agency.

These standards are part of our commitment to representing talent with integrity, professionalism, transparency, and respect.

01

You Have the Right to Know What You Are Agreeing To

No booking should be accepted without sufficient information for you to make an informed decision.

Before confirming a professional engagement, talent should receive the material information reasonably available to the agency, including where applicable:

  • Production company or client
  • Producer/director
  • Date
  • Location
  • Call time
  • Expected duration
  • Compensation
  • Payment terms
  • General nature of the professional engagement
  • Material performance requirements
  • Testing or documentation requirements
  • Other material booking conditions known to the agency

If important information is missing, ask.

02

Agreed Parameters Should Not Change After You Arrive

You should not arrive at a professional booking and unexpectedly be pressured into materially different work from what was previously communicated and accepted.

If the requested work materially changes:

  • You can contact your agent.
  • You can ask questions.
  • You can decline the change.

Additional compensation does not automatically override a previously established boundary.

03

You Can Decline a Booking

Receiving an opportunity does not require you to accept it.

Talent represented by Limitless may decline professional opportunities that they do not want to accept, subject to any applicable contractual commitments already voluntarily entered into.

Our job is to present opportunities and advocate for our talent — not pressure someone into accepting work they do not want.

04

Consent Is Ongoing

Agreeing to participate in a booking does not eliminate your ability to communicate a concern during the engagement.

If circumstances materially change or you believe your boundaries are not being respected, you may raise the issue and contact your agent.

Limitless expects professional environments to respect clearly communicated boundaries.

05

No Undisclosed Material Third Parties

Talent should not be intentionally surprised by material participants whose involvement would reasonably affect the performer's decision to accept the engagement.

Where known and material to the booking, participating parties should be disclosed before confirmation.

If something significant changes, talent should be informed.

06

No Drug or Alcohol Pressure

No performer should be pressured by Limitless personnel to consume alcohol, illegal drugs, or intoxicating substances in order to accept, continue, or complete a professional booking.

Professional decisions should be made with a clear mind.

If you believe someone is pressuring you inappropriately, contact Limitless immediately.

07

Material Booking Terms Should Go Through the Proper Channel

When Limitless arranges a booking, material changes involving items such as:

  • Compensation
  • Professional requirements
  • Date
  • Location
  • Duration
  • Major performance parameters

should be communicated through or confirmed with the agency when appropriate.

This helps protect both the talent and the producer by reducing misunderstandings.

A producer should not intentionally bypass the agency to pressure talent into materially different terms after the booking has been confirmed.

08

You Can Report a Legitimate Safety Concern

Talent should be able to raise a legitimate safety, consent, payment, or professional-conduct concern without fear that Limitless will retaliate merely because the concern was reported in good faith.

We want to know when something goes wrong.

Reports will be reviewed as responsibly and confidentially as circumstances permit.

09

You Have the Right to Ask Questions

There are no stupid questions when your career, reputation, body, money, or safety is involved.

Ask your agent. Ask for clarification. Ask for additional booking information. Ask what something means before signing it.

Never pretend to understand something important because you feel embarrassed to ask.

10

Your Boundaries Should Be Communicated and Respected

Every performer establishes their own professional boundaries.

Limitless does not believe that one performer's choices establish expectations for another performer.

Your professional decisions are yours.

Communicate them clearly and keep your agent informed so we can better represent you.

11

You Deserve Transparent Compensation Information

Where Limitless negotiates or coordinates compensation, talent should understand the agreed compensation and applicable agency commission before accepting the engagement.

If something does not make sense:

Ask before confirming.

12

You Deserve Professional Representation

Limitless expects its own personnel to follow the same standards we expect from others.

That means:

  • Timely communication
  • Accurate information
  • Respectful treatment
  • Honest discussion
  • Appropriate confidentiality
  • Professional advocacy
  • Clear commission practices
  • Serious attention to legitimate complaints

Representation is a relationship of trust.

We intend to earn that trust.

Our Mission

Limitless Management was built around a straightforward principle:

Talent comes first.

That means considering not simply whether an opportunity exists, but whether it aligns with the talent's expressed goals, boundaries, professional interests, and long-term career.

Our agency strives to operate with:

IntegrityProfessionalismTransparencyRespectResponsivenessAccountability

Our objective is not simply to obtain the next booking.

It is to help represented talent build sustainable professional careers.

Strictly Professional Talent Representation

LIMITLESS MANAGEMENT IS NOT AN ESCORT SERVICE.

Limitless Management is not:

  • An escort agency
  • An escort website
  • A prostitution service
  • A dating service
  • A sexual-services marketplace
  • A referral service for private sexual encounters

We do not arrange or facilitate paid dates, prostitution, escorting, or private sexual services.

Limitless Management is strictly a professional talent management and representation company.

We represent eligible adults for lawful professional entertainment, modeling, media, promotional, creator, and production opportunities.

Any request seeking private sexual services will be rejected.

Have a Concern?

If you are represented by Limitless and believe a professional booking, producer, production representative, agency representative, or other participant has violated these standards, contact your Limitless representative promptly.

We would rather hear about a concern early than learn about it after it becomes a larger problem.

LIMITLESS MANAGEMENT

Your Career. Your Boundaries. Your Future.
